Dr. Rumes Sriamareswaran
I am a General Physician and Geriatrician with expertise in conducting telehealth and face-to-face geriatric assessments, including comprehensive geriatric assessments and cognitive screening, alongside complex and multimorbid medicine.
I completed my schooling in Melbourne and medical education at Monash University in 2014 and undertook RACP physician training at Peninsula Health and Eastern Health, completing in 2022 and achieved an associate fellowship with RACMA in 2024. In addition, I have also completed a Masters in Public Health, Masters in Health Leadership and Management in 2022, and became a Certified Health Informatician of Australasia in 2020. I also have a keen research interest and have had a variety of research presentations at national conferences.
In my practice, I review the biopsychosocial aspects of the patient to ensure that my geriatric patients achieve the best quality of life possible and empower them to make health and treatment decisions.
My hobbies include traveling, playing social sports, as well as, computer application development, web design, graphic design, and photography.
